Product introduction

A Stewart parallel platform supporting racing and flight simulation. The platform, control system and simulation telemetry work together to provide cues for vehicle or aircraft attitude and motion.

Motion explained

These terms describe six-degree-of-freedom motion; actual travel, rotation and simultaneous operation are confirmed per configuration.

Pitch: forward / backward tilt.
Roll: left / right tilt.
Yaw: rotation about the vertical axis.
Surge: forward / backward translation.
Sway: left / right translation.
Heave: vertical movement.

Structure & configuration

This model has 300 mm actuator stroke, a 1500 × 1700 mm base and 1600 mm height without screens. Illustrated height including screens is 2000 mm and varies with display layout. Base dimensions are not the complete operating clearance.

Equipment compatibility

Racing projects can be planned around wheels, pedals, shifters and handbrakes; flight projects around sticks, yokes, throttles and rudder pedals. Software, games, interfaces, total load, power and clearance are checked for the actual configuration.

OEM / ODM & private label

In-house development, direct manufacturing, OEM / ODM and private-label cooperation are available. Discuss structural dimensions, mounting positions, finish, brand identity and equipment combinations. Feasibility, order quantity and lead time are agreed for the project.

Supply & delivery

Confirm structure, actuators, controller, drivers, power supply, software licence and cables per order. Seat, displays, racing or flight controls, audio and PC must be listed separately.

Before requesting a quotation

Send the application, available space, equipment models, quantity and delivery destination. Packaging, transport, installation, commissioning, maintenance and after-sales support are agreed in the quotation and order.
