Product introduction

A six-degree-of-freedom platform for racing simulator integration. Motion mechanisms, control software and game telemetry work together to provide cues for vehicle attitude, road changes, acceleration, braking, turning and sliding.

Motion explained

These terms describe six-degree-of-freedom motion; actual travel, rotation and simultaneous operation are confirmed per configuration.

Pitch: forward / backward tilt.
Roll: left / right tilt.
Yaw: rotation about the vertical axis.
Surge: forward / backward translation.
Sway: left / right translation.
Heave: vertical movement.

Structure & configuration

Actuator stroke is 150 mm and the layout is 1300 × 1700 mm, with 1700 mm referring to three-screen spread. Actual travel, independent axis capability and combined motion envelope depend on this model’s structure, controls and commissioning.

Equipment compatibility

Check cockpit dimensions, equipment and driver load, displays, installation space and power. Agree movement clearances, cabling, emergency-stop, limit and reset requirements before ordering.

OEM / ODM & private label

In-house development, direct manufacturing, OEM / ODM and private-label cooperation are available. Discuss structural dimensions, mounting positions, finish, brand identity and equipment combinations. Feasibility, order quantity and lead time are agreed for the project.

Supply & delivery
